Gwyn Slee

I run G-Star Intelligence, an independent advisory practice I launched in October 2025. I provide fractional and interim CTO leadership, exit-readiness counsel and production AI delivery to startups, founders and PE-backed businesses.

The credibility comes from the last stretch of my career. In my last executive role I owned technology across 26 countries for a PE-backed pharmaceutical logistics business, reporting to the CEO, through a four-year transformation and a premium exit. I was the sole technology counterpart to the buy-side auditors. Then I stayed to own the integration.

Before that I ran engineering for a global automotive services group, building and running the systems behind more than £100M in annual revenue, and scaled the learning platform behind a global technology company's digital skills programme.

I started as an engineer. Seven years building GMP-regulated clinical trials software for a global life sciences company is where I learned that an audit trail is a design decision, not a paperwork exercise.

And the people side is never an afterthought for me. The teams I have built matter as much as the platforms they delivered.

I am based in Horsham, West Sussex, and work across London, the South East and remotely.
