This site collects personal information in one place, the enquiry form. Call bookings are made on Calendly.

What is collected

Your name, company, role and email address, and anything you choose to write in the form. Nothing else is collected. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Why, and on what basis

I use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set that work up. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

Booking a call

The "Book a 30-minute call" buttons take you to Calendly, a separate scheduling service. The details you give when booking are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and shared with me so I can hold the call. The link tells Calendly which page you booked from, and nothing else about you.

Who sees it

Only me. Form submissions pass through a small Cloudflare function and are delivered to my inbox by Brevo, an email delivery service. Both handle the data under their own data-protection terms and only to deliver the message. I do not sell, share or add your details to any mailing list.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we do work together, records are kept for as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how it is used, by emailing info@gstarintelligence.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
